2. Express Shipping - $14.95

Need your crystals quickly? Choose Express Shipping for $14.95.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1–3 business days within major cities and metro areas. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

  • Orders placed with Express Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 business days after purchase.

  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3.International Shipping

  • New Zealand — Flat rate $15.95 AUD
    International — Flat rate $25 AUD

  • New Zealand - 5–10 business days
    International - 7–15 business days

4. Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within hervey bay.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location within our delivery area.

  • Local deliveries are handled personally by our team, and you will receive an email with tracking or delivery details.

5. Pick-Up Option

If you're local, you can select Pick-Up at no extra cost!

  • Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email to arrange a time for pick-up at our store located at 45 frederick circuit, eli water 4655 QLD.

  • Pick-up hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Sun.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

6. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you by email.

7. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package via Australia Post.
